Welcome to Gardener's Dirt. This blog is an extension of my monthly gardening column in the Munjoy Hill Observer, a monthly newspaper published by the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization in Portland, Maine. In addition to posting comments here, I will publish my monthly articles as they appear in the Observer. The links section will develop over the next month beginning with links to this year's Flower Show and also to companies selling seeds and seed starting supplies.
